To persuade both myself and others that this book is going to happen, here's my mindmap so far.

It's a skinny thing right now. Just a few elements. Before I'm ready to begin writing, this will be a big, scary tree. : )

MindManager has become my default tool for planning, organizing, and thinking. When book editing I sometimes load in an entire disorganized chapter from the Word 2007 to resort the thoughts. Can't imagine life without it.
